Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Operated by Nexra LLC
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to the Nexra API and dashboard (the “Service”), provided by Nexra LLC (“Nexra”, “we”). By creating an account or sending a request with an API key, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
2. Accounts and API keys
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- API keys are confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys.
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Fees and credits
- The Service is billed on a prepaid, usage-based model. Credits are drawn down per token consumed.
- Current rates are shown in the dashboard before you commit spend.
- Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable.
- We may change rates with notice; changes do not apply retroactively to credits already purchased.
5. Service availability
The Service depends on third-party model providers. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages originating upstream.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy have been breached, if required by law, or if your account presents a security or fraud risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Outputs generated by models may be inaccurate; you are responsible for evaluating them before relying on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexra’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
